In the category of volunteer programs implemented by NGOs or institutions, the winning organization has done an outstanding job in handling the emotional crisis caused by the COVID situation.

The Volunteer Program of the Year Award was given to the Federation of the Hungarian Telephone Emergency Services, which continues its activities with volunteers from 17 Hungarian member helplines and 7 Hungarian-language partner helplines operating in Hungary and abroad, observing the principles of volunteering, anonymity and confidentiality.
