Coronavirus emergency and Emotional Support

Helplines available for talking

We are experiencing a difficult and complex moment, caused by the spread of the coronavirus.

We must all face this health, economic and emotional emergency.

We may feel distressed, worried, weak, powerless. Many may also feel isolated and lonely. These feelings are normal and it is appropriate to talk about and share them.

Unfortunately we don't always have someone to talk to. For this reason, helplines across Europe are working hard to provide emotional support and listening (toll-free service), thanks to the thousands of volunteers who continue to be available, despite the current difficulties.

If you need to talk to someone, you can call a helpline in your country or connect via chat or internet

Together, we will overcome!
